I wish that there was some easier way for people outside of the US to buy it, because Amazon shipping is pretty expensive! I'm going to buy the book and ship it to a family member in America and they can bring it here the next time they come.
I don't really physically check your blog, I just have it subscribed in a feed reader! So if there's any activity, then I see it there. :) (Together with all the other blogs that I don't actually have time to read... )
