Question: If you could be any character in any fiction book, which character would you choose and why? (Answers in alphabetical order).
Alli:
Jo March from Little Woman and Little Men. She is such a strong and unique woman who goes against the flow. She is loyal to a fault and brings spark to everyone she knows. She is intelligent, well-spoken and gutsy. And she gets the guy =)
Dani:
I would like to be Maggie from Maggie's Dare because she reminds me of myself in alot of ways, but at the same time, she is what I strive to become. She isn't afraid to take risks even when her choices may be unpopular. And she gets the guy =)
Jessa:
There are actually two characters that I would like to be because I just couldn't decide which one to choose! First one would have to be Arwen from Lord of The Rings. I mean, she's an elf, how cool is that?! Everything from her language to her pointy ears to her dresses are absoloutly stunning! She's graceful, courageous, and a great horse rider! Then my second choice is Keely from Disney Channel's Phil of the Future. (It's not a book but, hey it's fictional!)Keely is a teenager who is a free spirit and doesn't care what others think of her. She is energetic, spunky, full of life, and a great friend. She is always willing to help others, even at the cost of her own comfort. And they both get the guy =)
Katy:
Elizabeth Bennet from Pride and Predjudice because her descisions are governed by her heart rather than society's expectation's. And she gets Mr. Darcy =)
Lyds:
Allison beat me to the chase for my first choice! I will have to go with Lucy from the Chronicles of Narnia. She discovers a new world where animals talk and magic potions cure any wound! Plus, she gets to ride a lion. She doesn't get a guy but, hey, she becomes queen!
Readers, we would love to get to know you better too, so why don't you share your answer with us in the comment section!

I'd want to be Wendy from Peter Pan. She gets to fly, fight pirates and tell stories!
AND there's no guy. =D
No guy? What do you have against us? ;)
Absolutely nothing. I was merely pointing out that my decision to pick Wendy was not motivated by a boy. :)
Don't worry Caleb, you can still be my friend. :D
Hey Kaitlin, our decisions to pick the characters we did weren't motivated by the guy, that was just a bonus :)
I can still be your friend? I'm touched... :')
I would want to be Charlie from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory because it would be cool to go to the factory. And he gets the chocolate.=D
Jessa, I was really just teasing. I don't think there's anything wrong with picking a character because of a guy. :D
I really must stop commenting on blogs late at night. ;)
I'd like to be Anne from the whole Anne of Green Gables series. Or Diana... I'm not sure which. I can empathize with both of them, especially Anne's strong feelings and Diana's loyalty and following her friend. But, Anne gets Gilbert... =)
I'd also chose Anne, seeing that she gets Gilbert... and what a guy!!! =)But since I've been beaten to it, I guess I'd chose Scout from "To Kill a Mockingbird", or Katy from the "What Katy Did" series. They both had such precious childhoods
Anna Naomi: I think I would choose Anne for the reason of Gilbert as well! Gilbert is a great male character!
Su: Scout is a great character, isn't she! I love her uniqueness, innocence, and courageous heart! I just recently read "To Kill a Mockingbird" and l-o-v-e-d it
Wow Su - Scout? I never would have guessed!
Mine would be Legolas Greenleaf, Prince of the Woodland Realm of Mirkwood
Quite a title huh :)From LOTR
I like him because of his abilities - he can see really well, hear well, and fight - well, brilliantly! He is light-footed, and is practically immortal while middle earth exists - since he is an elf :)
I love their language, Sindarin and their beautiful elvish script!
My other choice would have been Laurie from Little Women, but since Al chose Jo... uh, well - you understand :)
Le cenithon ned lû thent!
Anton, Mae pennen!
I think I have to agree with Katy- Elizabeth Bennett! (yeah, and totally agree...she gets Mr. Darcy! :-))
Le Hannon :)
Labo vi Orodruin!
What are you guys talking about?
I would either be Elizabeth Bennet from Pride and Prejudice or Polly from An Old-Fashioned Girl. Polly has such a sweet nature and she does get rewarded for it. :)
Dani- what a cute idea!
You guys are too funny... well, dear cousins, whatever hero you end up with- just remember- never marry a man who lies :)
Love you guys
Beth
Beth says: never marry a man who lies :)
Remember that Annabelle. :)
Beth you are too hilarious! Your comment makes me miss you guys so much! Love ya my sweet and crazy cuz!
Antolle ulua sulrim.
I would be Clark Kent, 'cos if I didn't want to be bothered I'd just take off my glasses of no one would recognise me. And because he doesn't get the guy. =)
That just killed it Joe...
